THE STAGE

MARCH 21 – CENTRE IN THE SQUARE (DAY 1)

Doors open 5:30pm | Pre-show 6:00pm | Show starts 7:00pm

OPTION 1: Free Shuttle Buses from Campus

We have FREE shuttle busses to take you from UW campus to our venue!
Departures from DC Library:
  • 4:45 PM, 5:15 PM, 5:45 PM, 6:15 PM
  • 20-minute ride direct to venue
  • Limited spots available - book your time slot below

Q: Where do shuttles depart from?
DC Library Main Entrance
Look for Socratica signs and volunteers.

Q: What if I miss my shuttle?
Take the next shuttle (30 min later) or hop on the ION - trains run every 15 minutes.

Q: Can I take ION instead of booking a shuttle?
Yes! ION is FREE with your Watcard/OneCard and runs frequently. Shuttles are just for convenience.

Q: Are shuttles wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, shuttles are not wheelchair accessible. However, the ION is fully wheelchair accessible.

OPTION 2: Public Transit

ION LIGHT RAIL

*FREE with Watcard/OneCard, fare available for purchase in Transit app

  • Runs every 15 minutes from UW Station to Queen Station
  • Upon arrival, walk straight up Queen St to the venue. Volunteers will be positioned to direct you the rest of the way!
  • Fully wheelchair accessible
ROUTE 12 BUS
  • Runs every 30 minutes from Uni/University of Waterloo to Frederick/Weber
  • Upon arrival, walk straight up Frederick St to the venue
GO BUS
  • Departures at 5pm and 6:11pm from the University transit hub to Weber St. W. @ Queen St. N
  • Upon arrival, walk straight up Queen St to the venue

OPTION 3: Driving & Parking

Recommended parking:

City of Kitchener Lot (Otto Street Parking), 172 Frederick St. $2.80 per hour, $13.95 daily max.

Ride share:

Ride share services like Uber and Lyft are available.

Leaving the Event

Shuttles will depart at 10:00 pm and 10:30 pm. ION runs until 11:30 PM. Please note that the shuttles back will be first-come, first-serve!

Transit runs regularly all afternoon – no organized shuttles will be provided.
